Refunds and returns
We take great care in packaging your beaded treasures, but sometimes unexpected hiccups occur during shipping. We will offer a refund or return in the following cases:
- Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we'll gladly correct our mistake.
